	Lancashire Workshops for beginners

The aim of these courses are to develop confidence with the camera by placing emphasis on the basics of outdoor photography. All sessions take place in Simon’s home county where he has spent time getting to know the area. Depending on the season, subjects can include: Plants, fungi, abstracts, insects, abstracts, waterfalls and landscapes. By working together on simple and readily available subject matter, photographic maturity can grow. You will go away with knowledge and understanding of how to make unique images on your own. Fees

£60.00 per day, per person with a minimum of two attending. £120.00 for one person


		Accompaniment

If you have a passion for photography and want to learn fast, why not work on your chosen project or location with Simon on a one to one basis. A personal tutor is undoubtedly the best way to learn. What would normally take years to accomplish can often be gained in a very short space of time. Unlike the workshops above where emphasis is on understanding your camera, accompaniment is better suited to those who already have basic photographic knowledge, but little or no experience with landscape or nature subjects. Simon’s role will be to advise and assist in achieving your intended result. Areas such as subject selection, preparation and execution are covered...Available anywhere in the UK

Recent accompaniment has included:

High speed flash photography, kingfishers at the nest & macro work.

Fees

Accompaniment is charged at £150.00 per day plus expenses.


			Group accompaniment



	This is aimed at clubs or groups who would like to have an experienced nature / landscape photographer to assist on a field trip.

Fees

£40.00 per person, per day plus expenses. Minimum of four.


	Testimonials


	Travelling expenses are charged at 33p per mile


	All these services are aimed at photographers using primarily SLR 35mm film / digital or medium format equipment.
